The way my parents and neighbors talk about my Dad is just weird. They say how much of an asshole he is. What could he have done to my Mom? What did he do to my Step-Mom? I keep getting two completely different sides of these stories. Is my Dad lying? He’s always seemed to be the nicest guy to me. What is going on? There’s something being kept from me, by both my Mom and my Dad. Nothing is adding up. I need some answers. I want to know what happened between my Mom and Dad. I want to know why my Mom talks so bad about him. I want to know what his story is. As I get older, the more I want to know. The more I need to know.

I just don’t know who to believe.
